Job summary

• Act as West Gippsland Healthcare Group's principal SME in ergonomics, human factors and safe design.
• Lead strategic and tactical initiatives to reduce occupational injury risks using ergonomics, manual handling risk management and workplace design principles.
• Collaborate with teams to apply ergonomics knowledge and promote safe design across the organisation.
