The Next Step Recruitment Company in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Employee Relations and Industrial Relations Specialist to lead end-to-end enterprise bargaining across four Enterprise Agreements in the mining sector. This hands-on role requires practical ER/IR expertise and a track record negotiating with unions in complex industrial environments.

You will advise senior leaders, develop bargaining strategies, support the Chief People Officer, and drive agreements through to

• You will be an HR professional experienced in ER/IR enterprise bargaining and, importantly, successful outcomes in union negotiations.
• Demonstrated end-to-end experience leading and negotiating Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience working directly with unions and guiding operational leaders through the process.
• Knowledge of Australia's industrial relations framework and current bargaining environment.
• Experience in heavy industry, utilities, mining, or related complex operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manager the end-to-end enterprise bargaining process across four Enterprise Agreements.
• Develop and implement bargaining strategies that balance organisational objectives, operational requirements and employee outcomes.
• Support the Chief People Officer in providing advice on industrial relations matters and legislative obligations.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure all details are covered across sites and functions.
• Drive agreements through to successful conclusion, including approval and implementation.
• Support ER/IR activities and stakeholder expectations throughout the bargaining process.
