Job summary

Building Talent Recruitment Pty is recruiting for an Associate/Principal level structural engineer in Sydney. You will lead the design and delivery of high-rise building projects, mentor junior engineers and coordinate with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

You will manage site inspections, contribute to problem solving on complex structures and foster strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Experience delivering high-rise building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and delivery of high-rise building projects from concept to completion
• Prepare and review structural calculations and design solutions
• Coordinate with architects, builders and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor junior engineers across project delivery
• Oversee site inspections and provide technical input during construction
• Manage project deliverables to meet quality, schedule and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
