Talent Web Recruitment partners with a leading fintech in Australia to hire an Equity Operations Associate on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role focuses on end-to-end corporate actions processing for Australian and international markets, securities settlement, and risk management.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in equities operations, settlements, custody, or corporate actions.
Hands-on corporate actions processing for domestic and international markets.
Strong understanding of operational risk and reconciliations.
Knowledge of ASIC and AUSTRAC regulatory requirements.
Highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end corporate actions processing across Australian and international markets.
Oversee daily securities settlement, stock transfers, cash movements and reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve settlement exceptions and operational discrepancies.
Monitor operational risks and escalated issues where required.
Support liquidity management, client servicing, and regulatory compliance activities.
Contribute to process improvement, system enhancements, UAT testing, and operational projects.
