Job summary

Coates Hire invites applications for a Trades Assistant at our Dubbo branch. You will assist with cleaning and inspection of equipment, support workshop mechanics and electricians, and help manage inbound/outbound gear while keeping the yard safe and organised.

You’ll work in a hands-on role, with a current driver’s license required and forklift experience valued. Flexible勤務 options and career progression are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver's license.
• Forklift high-risk licence is advantageous.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Physically fit with safety knowledge.
• Familiar with Take 5’s and JSEA’s.

Responsibilities

• Clean and inspect equipment, perform minor repairs as needed.
• Support mechanics/electricians to focus on repairs.
• Check inbound/outbound equipment and yard control.
• Keep workshop, yard and service area clean and safe.
