ManpowerGroup is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator for a busy distribution site in Epping. The role focuses on picking, packing and dispatch, with forklift duties to support daily operations.

This temp-to-perm opportunity offers Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with potential to go permanent after three months. Ideal candidates will hold a current LF forklift licence, have experience with counterbalance and high-reach forklifts, RF scanners, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Current LF Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 12 months Counterbalance forklift experience.
• High Reach forklift experience is highly regarded.
• Previous warehouse, pick packing or dispatch experience.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 20kg when required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners.
• Preparing and dispatching orders accurately and on time.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Operating Counterbalance and High Reach forklifts.
• Stock replenishment and stock movements.
• Assisting with stock takes and inventory control.
• General warehouse housekeeping.
• Adhering to all workplace health and safety procedures.
