Job summary

AIM Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Storeperson / Forklift Operator for our client, a national supplier in the construction industry. This ongoing casual warehouse role includes counterbalance forklift operation, pick packing, stock movement and general duties.

Role is based in Ermington with relocation to Kemps Creek in coming months. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm. Join a supportive, established warehouse team with an above-average pay rate.

Qualifications

• LF Forklift Licence – essential.
• Proven counterbalance forklift experience.
• Previous pick packing and general storeperson experience.
• Confidence loading, unloading and moving stock safely.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically capable of completing hands-on warehouse duties.
• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm.
• Ability to work from Ermington initially and Kemps Creek after relocation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods.
• Receive, check and put away stock.
• Assist with stock movement and general inventory control.
• Prepare orders for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and stock records.
• Complete general warehouse and housekeeping duties.
• Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
