DT Infrastructure is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and subcontract management for major EPC and O&M projects in Australia. You will cradle-to-grave subcontracts, ensure head contract obligations pass down, and mitigate commercial risk while delivering commercial administration with precision.

You will bring 5–10 years of contracts management experience, strong local market knowledge in infrastructure or renewables, and exceptional negotiation skills to collaborate

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of dedicated commercial or contracts management experience.
  • Strong local market experience, ideally within major infrastructure or renewables sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex EPC and O&M contracts.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for mitigating commercial risk.
  • Ability to demonstrate real teamwork across divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the procurement and negotiation of subcontracts for major EPC and O&M contracts, adhering to Approved Subcontractor Lists and head contract pass-down requirements.
  • Review documentation to ensure commercial terms align with Head Contract obligations.
  • Ensure head contract obligations and risk allocations are passed down into subcontracts, including warranties, defects, IP, LDs, securities.
  • Manage negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers on securities, liability caps, insurances, and relief provisions.
  • Identify and report gaps between upstream and downstream obligations.
  • Maintain registers and prepare governance reports for Senior Leadership.
  • Manage day-to-day commercial administration of subcontracts and suppliers (notices, payments, variations, EOTs, claims, disputes, escalations).
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and lessons learned.
