Job summary

Webuild is recruiting experienced Supervisors for a permanent night shift roster on the New Women and Babies Hospital project in Perth, Western Australia. You will contribute your technical leadership to deliver critical hospital construction across multiple campuses.

Ideally you have Tier 1 health project experience, a solid background in structures, façade or services, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. Availability for ongoing night shifts is a core requirement.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Supervisors within the construction industry who have worked with Tier 1 contractors.

Multiple opportunities are available across both hospital campuses, and we’re keen to connect with individuals who demonstrate strong technical expertise and a proven track record in successful project delivery.

These positions are based on a permanent night shift roster, supporting critical construction activities outside standard project operating hours. Candidates must be willing and able to work ongoing night shifts as a core requirement of the role.

About the Project

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.
