Job summary

Kaisercraft is inviting Expressions of Interest for a casual Retail Sales Assistant in Lismore. The role is a casual basis at a temporary site, with shifts averaging 2–3 per week (3–5 hours each) and potential for additional hours.

You will ensure top-tier customer service and help keep the store well-presented to showcase our product range. Ideal candidates will have customer-facing experience, strong communication, reliability and a proactive approach to store operations, stock replenishment

Kaisercraft are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from Retail Assistants for our potential new store in Lismore!

Please note this role will be offered on a casual basis, and the store will operate as a temporary site.

Based in Geelong, we’re a family-owned business with over 100 retail stores and counting, located throughout Australia. The Opportunity

As a casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service and you will have a large focus on keeping the store well presented to showcase our beautiful product range. Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities may include:

• Opening and closing of the store


• Assisting with day-to-day store operations


• Demonstratingstrong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice


• Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves


• Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives


• Maintaining the store’s appearance and organization to a high standard

About You

• Experience in a customer facing role


• The ability to create a memorable experience and understand our customer needs


• A motivated individual with a passion to sell our products


• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills


• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative


• Flexibility across the 7 days of the week including late nights and weekends


• Be happy to work on average 2-3 shifts a week which will vary from 3-5 hours long. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours from time to time.


• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and a POS System
