Job summary

Job Description

This role is often the first point of connection for young people and families accessing support. Working closely with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) and the broader headspace team, the Outreach Engagement & Support Worker helps young people navigate services, strengthens community connections, supports access to care, and delivers outreach activities across Port Augusta and surrounding remote communities.
