Desired Skills And Experience

• Are passionate about supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people.
• Build genuine, trusted relationships with young people, families, Elders and community members.
• Bring cultural knowledge, lived experience and community connections that help create culturally safe spaces.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with others while advocating for positive outcomes for young people.
• Have experience in youth, community, wellbeing, mental health, Aboriginal health, social services or related fields.
• Hold relevant qualifications or have equivalent experience that informs your practice.
