Job summary

WT Partnership is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Adelaide team. You will support retail, commercial and residential construction projects, delivering estimating, planning and cost management with a focus on maximizing client value.

Key duties include liaising with clients and contractors, budgeting, tender analysis and ongoing cost reporting, while applying benchmarking to improve cost models and plans.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Full Australian working rights and currently located in Australia
• RICS / AIQS accredited candidates will be highly regarded
• Proficient in the use of Cost X
• Highly motivated with a passion for delivering excellence to clients

Job Description

We’re on the lookout for qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with our expanding Adelaide team.

Supporting key retail, commercial and residential construction projects, this role will perform various quantity surveying functions including estimating, planning and cost management, cost monitoring, and accurate and timely financial reporting whilst exercising sound financial acumen with a key focus on proactively maximising value for our clients.

This role is responsible for:
