Moyne Health Services in Port Fairy invites applications for an Environmental Services Assistant to join our Cleaning team on a 6 month fixed term contract working 32 hours per week. You will clean allocated areas in line with duty lists and schedules, attend to staff requests promptly, maintain hygiene and safety, and support residents where required.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills

Responsabilités

• Clean allocated areas in accordance with duty lists and periodical schedules.
• Attend to relevant staff requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene in accordance with work schedules.
• Maintain high levels of safety within the workplace by ensuring appropriate protective clothing is worn and by displaying warning signs.
• Clean, vacuum and mop common areas, hospital rooms and corridors in between.
• Clean residents' rooms - (residential)
• Removal of rubbish from internal bins.
• To collect and dispose of linen and ward waste bags.
• Carry out other duties as directed by the Environmental Services Supervisor.
