Tallangatta Health Service is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant to ensure clean and safe environments across our health service, including aged care units and wards. You will follow duty lists, perform vacuuming, mopping, disinfection, restocking and laundry tasks as required.
The role operates on a casual basis, with a 7-day roster from Monday to Sunday and shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. Remuneration aligns with Victorian public sector rates at $26-$28 per hour plus 25% casual
The primary role of an Environmental Services Assistant is to ensure environments across the Health Service are clean and safe. This includes, but is not limited to, Residential Aged Care units, wards, administrative spaces and common areas.
Daily tasks are completed in line with duty list/ schedules and may include vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, restocking consumables and laundry tasks (as required).
