Job summary

Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a keen cleaner for Daylesford Health to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and customers. The role is permanent part-time, 30 hours per fortnight with morning shifts 6:30–9:30am, Monday to Friday.

The salary is $28.16 per hour (IN19 - Grade 2) plus Superannuation. The organisation supports a diverse workforce across five campuses in Victoria, including Daylesford Health.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitation practices.
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Availability for early morning shifts, Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Clean and check equipment and materials used in daily work; report faults.
• Be familiar with MSDS and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Follow Infection Prevention & Control Coordinator/Nursing Unit Manager directions for cleaning precautions.
