Job summary

EHS Support, LLC is seeking an environmental professional to provide technical support on diverse projects across Australia. The role combines home-based work with periodic field duties, including travel to regional areas when needed.

Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and coordination of environmental site assessments and remediation, with collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Melbourne is the preferred location, with flexibility for other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in soil science, hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, environmental engineering or other relevant science/engineering degree.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a relevant environmental role, including groundwater and soil sampling.
• Understanding of VIC-focused environmental regulations and Australian work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Management, analysis and presentation of environmental investigation and remediation data (groundwater, surface water, soil).
• Desktop data gathering and compilation.
• Background reviews of technical guidance, regulations and case studies.
• Assist with reporting and preparation of environmental site assessments, work plans and health and safety plans.
• Implement environmental field inspection and monitoring programs (groundwater/surface water/soil).
• Supervise subcontractors in the field (drilling/excavation).
• Project and task management – planning, scheduling, budgeting.
