Job summary

EHS Support seeks an environmental scientist or engineer to join our Queensland team, delivering site assessment, monitoring, compliance and remediation projects. The role combines field, office and home-based work across oil and gas, chemicals, heavy industry and water resources, with periodic regional travel.

Brisbane is preferred, but other locations may be considered; flexible arrangements and exposure to diverse clients support career growth in a collaborative, employee‑owned practice.

Qualifications

• This opportunity is suited for an adaptable, self-motivated professional with field data experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science or environmental engineering.
• Experience in groundwater and soil sampling and environmental monitoring programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver technical tasks across site assessment and remediation projects.
• Lead field programs including groundwater and surface water monitoring.
• Manage, analyze and interpret environmental datasets with clear summaries.
• Draft sections of technical reports and work plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors during field activities and manage budgets.
