Job summary

AECOM is seeking experienced Environmental Impact Assessment professionals to join our expanding team across NSW. You will support delivery of timely, high‑quality EISs, constraints analyses and management plans for transport, energy and infrastructure projects.

Depending on level, contribute to client engagement, business development and work-winning activities while coordinating resources, budgets, and timelines to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental planning, approvals and environmental consulting in NSW transport, energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to deliver projects, build client relationships and contribute to business development and growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills; mentoring or supporting teams is viewed favorably.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of timely, high‑quality environmental impact assessments and management plans across transport, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to constraints analyses, strategic assessments and environmental management plans.
• Coordinate resources, budgets and timelines to support project outcomes and team performance.
• Engage with clients to grow trusted relationships and assist in work-winning activities.
