Job summary

AECOM is seeking experienced environmental planning and approvals professionals to join our NSW team. You will deliver environmental impact assessments, constraints analyses, and management plans across transport, energy and infrastructure projects.

Roles emphasize client engagement, business development and cross-team collaboration, with opportunities to contribute to bid work and growth of our environmental approvals capability. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

Experience in environmental planning, approvals and consulting, ideally across transport, energy and infrastructure sectors in NSW
Ability to deliver projects, build client relationships and contribute to business development
Strong communication and collaboration skills; mentoring or supporting teams viewed favourably
Relevant tertiary qualifications with professional accreditation viewed favourably

Responsibilities

Deliver timely, high-quality environmental impact assessments and management plans across a diverse portfolio
Coordinate resources, budgets and timelines to support project outcomes
Engage with clients and help expand trusted relationships within the environmental consulting market
