Job summary

Senversa Pty Ltd in Melbourne, Victoria is seeking an Environmental Engineer for a permanent full-time graduate role. You will contribute to geosynthetic designs, landfill projects, and feasibility studies while gaining nationwide training and support from experienced staff.

The role offers exposure to diverse projects across waste, resources, government, water, and energy sectors with in-house mentorship to build technical craft.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of post-graduate experience in landfill or encapsulation design, geosynthetics, CQA, GITA or related roles.
• Desire to enhance learning through remote fieldwork programs supporting construction of designs.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Environmental Engineer, to work as a part of our National Engineering team based in Melbourne, Victoria, who has a passion for delivery excellence, providing you with exposure to a some of the most exciting and challenging projects ground engineering has to offer in a range of industry sectors.

This is permanent full-time role that presents a great opportunity to grow and enable you to shape your future with direct inhouse support from our industry leading staff, who have a proven track record of delivering high quality, strategic and commercially astute professional services to federal, state, and local government entities, together with large multi-national private and public companies.

In this role, you will gain exposure to a diverse range of projects including:

• Geosynthetic containment and capping designs in waste, resource and renewables industries

• Landfill design and advisory support

• Superintendency, Contract Management and Construction Support

• Project feasibility studies.
