Job summary

ERM is seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our Perth team. You will support environmental approvals across mining, energy and infrastructure projects while collaborating with ERM’s global teams.

With 3+ years of experience, you will prepare high-quality regulatory submissions and contribute to strategic approvals and sustainability initiatives. Perth-based, full-time role with potential for local and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in environmental consulting, government, mining, energy or related field.
• Experience with environmental legislation acts and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare environmental, planning and regulatory approval documentation for projects.
• Coordinate environmental impact assessments and approvals strategies.
• Conduct desktop research, data review and analysis for project assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, management plans, submissions and permit applications.
• Engage with clients, government agencies and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet deliverables on schedule.
