Environmental Resources Management (ERM) in Perth is seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team. You will contribute to environmental approvals for renewable energy, mining and infrastructure projects, while collaborating with global ERM teams to share best practices.

We require a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and 3+ years in environmental consulting or related fields; strong communication, organisational and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare clear, concise technical documentation.
• Experience in environmental, planning or regulatory approvals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of environmental, planning and regulatory documentation for mining, energy, infrastructure and development projects.
• Assist with coordination and delivery of environmental impact assessments and approvals strategies.
• Undertake desktop research, data review and analysis to support project assessments.
• Contribute to high-quality technical reports, management plans and permit applications.
• Support engagement with clients, government agencies and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and assist with scope, schedule and risk management.
