Enviro-dynamics is growing and we’re looking for experienced Environmental Advisors to join our team. We have current vacancies and will review applications and make appointments on an ongoing basis throughout the application period, so we encourage you to apply early.

This is a hands-on role combining fieldwork, ecological assessment, technical reporting and project delivery. You’ll work alongside experienced ecologists, botanists and environmental professionals, with the opportunity to contribute to practical, meaningful environmental outcomes.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Botany, Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ practical ecological field experience, preferably in an EIA or compliance role
  • Experience undertaking vegetation and flora surveys and botanical assessments
  • Sound plant identification skills and knowledge of vegetation communities
  • Experience preparing environmental or ecological reports and assessments
  • Working knowledge of relevant environmental legislation and approval processes
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing project environment
  • Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills

Experience in ecology (TAS or QLD), environmental consulting, GIS or vegetation mapping will be highly regarded.

Why Enviro-dynamics? Our work connects ecological science with practical action. You could be in the field undertaking vegetation surveys one week, contributing to a natural values assessment the next, or helping deliver conservation and land management projects with clients, communities and landholders.

If you enjoy variety, practical environmental work and being part of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

See the position description attached for further information about this role.
