is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to strengthen our Environment, Health & Safety framework across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with senior leaders to drive practical improvements in safety, wellbeing and environmental performance. Reporting to People & Culture, you will lead EHS systems, training, incident investigations and psychosocial risk management, while promoting a proactive safety culture across multiple sites in NSW.

Qualifications

  • WHS/EHS management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and risk management.
  • Experience in investigations, training delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve EHS, WHS and environmental management systems across corporate and operational settings.
  • Drive compliance with Australian & New Zealand legislation and ISO standards.
  • Manage risk, investigations, corrective actions and psychosocial wellbeing initiatives.
  • Deliver EHS training, coaching and capability-building programs for leaders and employees.

  • Partner with senior leaders and decision-makers across office, field sales, warehousing and technical services teams.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive EHS Advisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in strengthening our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) framework across Australia and New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, cross-functionally, to influence positive change and build sustainable safety and wellbeing practices across a diverse organisation.

Reporting into the People & Culture function and having alignment with the Quality team for IMS responsibilities relating to EHS in a matrixed environment, you will play a key role in shaping a safer, healthier and more sustainable workplace by providing expert practical guidance and hands‑on support across workplace health & safety, environmental management, and employee wellbeing.

Through close collaboration with leaders and employees across multiple sites, you will lead initiatives that strengthen EHS systems, foster a proactive safety culture, elevate and educate on psychosocial risk management practices and drive meaningful organisational change.

Your Responsibilities

In this role you will –

  • Lead and continuously improve EHS, WHS and environmental management systems across corporate and operational settings.
  • Drive compliance with Australian & New Zealand legislation and ISO standards.
  • Manage risk, investigations, corrective actions and psychosocial wellbeing initiatives.
  • Deliver EHS training, coaching and capability‑building programs for leaders and employees.
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen safety culture, performance reporting and sustainability outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, your background will include:

  • Proven experience in WHS/EHS management systems and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation, risk management and workplace wellbeing.
  • Skilled in investigations, training delivery, stakeholder engagement and influencing outcomes.
  • Analytical and proactive, with the ability to turn insights into practical actions.
  • Certificate IV in WHS (or higher), with ISO 45001/ISO 14001 and regulated industry experience highly regarded.

Additional requirement:

To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
