Job summary

Smart Energy Group in Cairns is hiring an Entry Level Solar Rep to be the face of our brand in the Far North. You’ll chat with homeowners about solar solutions that save them up to $5,000 a year and set up appointments for our specialists.

No experience required; we train you from day one. Expect 25–35 guaranteed hours per week with a base rate and industry-leading bonuses, plus paid interstate travel, weekly team bars, monthly awards, and sponsorship opportunities for Australian permanent

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and friendly attitude.
• Willingness to work 25–35 hours per week.

25-35 guaranteed hours per week with a solid hourly base rate PLUS industry-leading bonuses:

• Entry Level Solar Rep: $900+ / week
• Solar Trainer: $1,000+ / week
• Solar Team Leader: $1,200+ / week
• Solar Sales Consultant: $2,000+ / week
