Responsibilities

• Preparing legal documents, correspondence, court filings, and medico-legal briefs.
• Managing electronic file creation, filing, archiving, and general file administration, including new file openings and conflict checks.
• Coordinating medico-legal reviews, meetings, calendars, and diary management.
• Processing monthly invoicing, payments, receipting, and related administrative tasks.
• Handling mail collection and delivery, telephone enquiries, and liaising with clients and key stakeholders.
• Providing general administrative and office support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
