Job summary

Teys Australia is seeking Entry Level Meat Processing workers to join our Beenleigh, Queensland processing site. You will contribute to production lines, perform trimming, boning, slicing, meatpacking, cleaning and operation of equipment in a busy beef processing environment.

We value reliable team members with Australian working rights and the ability to provide two professional references. A pre-employment medical including drug testing and a Q‑Fever vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Australian Citizen/Permanent Residency/Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
• Willing to do a pre-employment medical check, including a drug and alcohol test
• Q-Fever vaccinated
• Be able to provide two professional references

The role will be responsible for various meat processing activities. With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skillsets, you could find yourself doing the following activities:

• Production work/process line
• Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing and/or slaughter
• Cleaning and sterilising work areas and equipment
• Meatpacking
• General labouring
• Operation of equipment and machinery
