Job summary

Redfield Resources is seeking hard-working Drillers Offsiders to support driller teams across WA. This role is FIFO from Perth, offering a 2:1 or 4:2 roster and a pay range of $35.00–$40.00 per hour plus super, bonus and career progression.

Responsibilities include rod handling, rig maintenance, sampling, cleaning equipment and assisting with mobilisations. Candidates must pass medical and drug tests and hold or be eligible for a HR licence.

Qualifications

• Perth-based resident to FIFO from Perth Airport.
• Experience in physically demanding roles; capable of lifting 40 kg.
• Police clearance current within 6 months.
• First Aid certificate preferred.
• Must pass a medical and drug/alcohol screen.
• Not entry level; solid labouring background.

Responsibilities

• Support the driller with general operations duties.
• Rod handling during drilling operations.
• Rig maintenance and upkeep.
• Bagging samples for processing and delivery.
• Cleaning equipment and site facilities.
• Assist with mobilisation and demobilisation of drill rigs from sites.
