Job summary

True Resources is seeking entry-level Drillers Offsider Trainees to start a drilling career across Western Australia. The role offers relocation support for the first three months, an excellent base salary with bonuses, and meals provided daily.

You will rotate on 2:1 FIFO shifts out of Perth, WA, with comfortable on-site accommodation options and full PPE and training support. You will learn from experienced drillers, gain on-the-job training on RC or diamond rigs, and build a long-term career

Qualifications

• A background in labour-intensive roles is preferred.
• Must be willing to undergo training and hard work.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the Driller and follow guidance.
• Perform daily pre-start equipment checks.
• Complete safety paperwork and processes.
• Assist with rig and equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Load and unload heavy vehicles.
• Assist in set up/dismantle of rigs and equipment.
• Handle drill rods, sample bags and core trays as required.
• Other duties as required.
