Reo Recruitment is offering an Entry Level AR opportunity in South West Sydney with a 6-month contract and flexible hours. You will support data quality initiatives, review customer accounts, and gain exposure to Accounts Receivable within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum administrative experience and accuracy-focused mindset.
• Solid data entry capabilities and familiarity with large datasets.
• Experience with data quality and AR processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and update customer account information across internal systems.
• Cleanse and validate large volumes of customer and financial data.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, errors and duplicates.
• Support the maintenance of accurate customer master data.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with administrative activities.
• Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support account reconciliations and record maintenance activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain and verify information.
• Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
