Job summary

Reo Group in South West Sydney is seeking an organised administrator to kickstart a career in finance through an Accounts Receivable-focused six-month contract. You will work on a data quality project, reviewing and updating customer information, with exposure to AR tasks and general finance duties.

The role offers part-time or full-time options, with emphasis on accuracy, data integrity and cross-system reconciliation within a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate with administration experience and strong data handling skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and large datasets.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Responsibilities

• Review and update customer account information across internal systems
• Cleanse and validate large volumes of customer and financial data
• Identify and investigate discrepancies, errors and duplicate records
• Support the maintenance of accurate customer master data
• Assist the Accounts Receivable team with administrative activities
• Perform data entry tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Support account reconciliations and record maintenance activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain and verify information
• Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with company procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
