Alignerr seeks experienced entrepreneurship instructors to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on startup strategy, business planning, and early-stage innovation. Your real-world expertise will shape how AI understands entrepreneurial thinking and informs founders, educators, and investors.

You will review AI-generated scenarios, evaluate business models and go-to-market plans, identify flawed reasoning, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching entrepreneurship, small business, or startup strategy.
• Strong understanding of business models, unit economics, and early-stage decision-making.
• Able to critically evaluate written business plans and strategic scenarios.
• Comfortable delivering applied, real-world feedback in a structured format.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated startup and entrepreneurship scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance.
• Evaluate business models, assumptions, and go-to-market strategies against real-world standards.
• Identify flawed reasoning, unrealistic projections, or oversimplified advice.
