Job summary

Domain is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems & IT Operations to lead the Enterprise Systems Operations and IT Operations teams, owning ITSM practices across the technology portfolio and driving stability, security and compliance for business-critical platforms.

You will set operating standards, oversee major platform transitions, manage vendor relationships and ensure audit readiness with Finance, Cyber Resilience and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years’ experience in enterprise systems, IT operations or technology service delivery, including operating business-critical applications.
• Significant people management experience (4+ years).
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices - change, incident, problem and access management.
• Experience supporting and operating enterprise platforms such as CRM, billing/ERP and integrations.
• Experience with IT compliance and audit, including financial-systems controls, segregation of duties and user access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, availability and performance of enterprise systems and integrations.
• Owns the production support model across the Enterprise Systems Operations and IT Operations.
• Drive proactive operations and root-cause analysis to reduce recurring incidents and defect backlog.
• Establishes and reports on operational KPIs.
• Owns the ITSM framework across the biztech portfolio - change, incident, problem and request management.
• Accountable for compliance and audit readiness for in-scope systems, including change controls and access reviews.
• Leads operational readiness, cutover support and hypercare for major platform transitions.
• Manages key vendor and managed-service relationships, holding them to service levels and value.
• Directly manages the Enterprise Systems Operations and IT Operations teams.
