Hydro Tasmania in Hobart invites an experienced Strategic Project Delivery Lead to strengthen delivery capability within the Enterprise Portfolio Office. You will lead priority programs, establish practical governance and reporting, and partner with senior leaders to lift delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects or programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing project governance, frameworks or standards.
• Strong commercial, planning and financial management capability.
• Formal project management qualifications or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery support for priority strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Build and embed practical project management frameworks and standards.
• Coach and mentor project leaders across the organisation.
• Establish consistent governance, stage-gates and reporting practices.
• Partner with leaders to improve delivery capability and outcomes.
• Lead communities of practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
