Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in user experience and user interface design across enterprise platforms or internal tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, including research, recommendations and delivery decisions.
- Proficiency with Figma, design systems and AI-enabled design tools.
- Experience working within cross-functional product or delivery teams across the full design lifecycle.
- Ability to solve complex business and technology challenges through design, with a collaborative mindset and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
