Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a passionate Pre-Sale Support Engineer to join our Technical Support organization in APJ. You will be the key interface between customers, field engineers, and development, handling cases across Windows, Mac, and Linux.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 8+ years in customer-facing tech roles, with strong English communication and security background. SaaS/B2B experience is preferred. This position offers global collaboration and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field as a baseline requirement.
• 8+ years in customer support or a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with SaaS/B2B customer environments and multi-tier support.

Responsibilities

• Provide grade-A support for enterprise customers in APJ region.
• Design and implement tools to speed and improve support quality.
• Collaborate with product teams on customer-driven changes and feeds.
