Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) in Australia seeks an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform across the organisation, including learner management, reporting and workforce development.

You will work with stakeholders to configure a scalable, cloud-based LMS with multi-tenant environments, include AI-enabled features, and integrate HR systems and analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise LMS solutions.
• Experience integrating LMS with HR and reporting systems.
• Experience with cloud-based, scalable learning platforms.
• Knowledge of learner records, reporting and analytics.
• Multitenant environments and data-sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations with HR and reporting platforms.
• Support learner management, program administration and reporting.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing.
• Provide guidance on adoption and platform enhancements.
• Engage stakeholders and document requirements.
• Develop implementation plans and delivery reporting.
• Support testing and deployment.
