Glen Eira City Council is seeking a future-focused strategy leader to shape an AI-enabled organisation for tomorrow. The Head of Organisational Futures will scan trends, advise on workforce models, and design operating models that integrate human capability with agentic AI.

You will influence leaders and ensure services are aligned with long-term community outcomes. You will maintain a clear view of what is coming next, challenge current models, and help prepare the organisation for the future
