Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a strategic IT Project Manager to drive end-to-end transformations across a multi-brand retail environment. You will champion change management, lead planning and execution, and ensure governance and financial controls are maintained from inception to go-live.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership and a strong SDLC background to deliver enterprise-level IT projects in a dynamic, hybrid work setting at our Bella Vista head office.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise managing projects within large-scale, complex or multi-brand environments.
• Track record delivering enterprise-level IT projects from inception to go-live.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience designing, implementing and optimizing ICT systems.
• Ability to lead change management alongside technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project plans with clear scope, timelines and resources.
• Lead cross-functional squads to achieve milestones while controlling costs and quality.
• Apply scheduling, risk mitigation and fiscal oversight to keep initiatives on track.
