Western Sydney University is seeking a senior IT service management leader to drive enterprise ITSM across a large, complex environment at Parramatta South campus with flexible working arrangements. You will oversee incident, problem, change, transition, asset, configuration and knowledge management to strengthen service catalogs, SLAs and OLAs.
You will use dashboards and feedback to drive continuous improvement, advance self-service and automation, and ensure governance and risk controls while
Competenze
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive IT service management leadership experience within a complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in ITIL or equivalent frameworks, including the implementation and optimisation of ITSM processes.
