Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking an experienced Environment Manager to lead the management and support of enterprise non-production environments, ensuring stability, availability, and readiness for testing and deployments in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have strong environment and release management expertise, ITIL practices, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and operational governance across large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Experience managing non-production environments in large enterprise settings.
• Exposure to release management, incident management and change management.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise test environment and environment lifecycle management.
• Release, deployment, incident and change management.
• Experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting using New Relic and Sumo Logic.
• Log analysis, dashboard monitoring and root cause investigation.
• ITIL Incident, Change, Request and Conflict Management.
• Coordinate software releases, deployment schedules and post-release reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational governance.
