Super Retail Group is building a brand-new enterprise capability and seeks an Environment & Release Lead to shape it from the ground up. You will lead enterprise-wide environment management, release enablement across platforms, and governance to support delivery at pace.

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Testing Environment & Release, you’ll orchestrate cross-domain delivery, manage dependencies, and provide executive-level assurance on quality and release risk.

Responsabilidades

• Define and govern test environments strategy and lifecycle across multiple delivery portfolios.
• Design and implement a release governance framework and provide integrated release visibility.
• Identify opportunities for test environment health checks and cost savings; partner with automation.
• Drive on-demand automated test environments, data provisioning, and CI/CD integration.
• Define and report environment and release metrics to uplift federated capabilities.
