Job summary

Super Retail Group is establishing a new enterprise-wide Environment & Release Enablement capability. We are seeking an experienced leader to design, implement and mature this function across our technology landscape.

This role will build and lead an enterprise-wide environment management and release enablement function, supporting a diverse portfolio of platforms and delivery maturities. This leadership position will establish standards, tooling, governance and a federated release train model,

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise test environment strategies to maximise availability and enable portfolio execution
• Establish enterprise release governance and orchestration to drive quality and predictability
• Drive environment health monitoring, automated shakedown testing, observability and service readiness capabilities
• Promote Infrastructure as Code and automated provisioning to integrate with CI/CD pipelines
• Define and track environment and release metrics to demonstrate value and improvement opportunities
