Job summary

Axon Enterprise seeks a Service Delivery Manager to lead delivery of Axon products and services, including onboarding, configuration, training, deployment, and adoption. You will guide a seven-person team located remotely from Australia, with travel ~40% to UK & Ireland to ensure successful implementations.

You'll partner with business and IT leaders to align project milestones, document requirements, and ensure customer value while maintaining a culture of care, ownership and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or Information Technology, Information Systems, or applicable Technical Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development), or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and develop talent in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
• Project management and resource tracking experience, with understanding of software/hardware testing and implementation in complex customer environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within the United Kingdom & Ireland, with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service Delivery Team, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching.
• Manage team resources and workloads to meet project demands.
• Oversee complex, enterprise-grade product deployments including change management activities, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Define vision, scope, and delivery timelines with business and IT leaders; ensure milestones and revenue recognition documentation.
• Maintain deep understanding of Axon products and services; ensure installation, configuration, and testing of solutions.
• Document customer feature requests and issues for feedback to sales and product management.
• Collaborate with senior directors to identify process improvements and new service offerings.
