Job summary

SA Water in Adelaide seeks a Senior Manager Data, AI & Analytics to shape and deliver the organisation's Data, AI and Analytics strategy with strong governance and value from data assets.

You will partner with executives and senior leaders across the business to drive adoption, informed investment decisions, and long-term outcomes, leading teams in Data Platforms, AI Governance and Records & Information Management.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within data, analytics and AI functions.
• Experience developing enterprise-wide data and AI strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience working with executives, governance forums and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SA Water's enterprise Data, AI and Analytics strategy.
• Provide strategic advice to executive leaders and the Board on data, governance and investment.
• Champion a data-driven and AI-enabled culture across the organisation.
• Establish and maintain robust data, AI and information governance frameworks.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across Data Platforms, Data Products, Data & AI Governance, and Records & Information Management.
• Drive informed technology and capability investment decisions delivering long-term value.
