Marsh in Australia is seeking a Corporate Obligations Governance Leader to drive enterprise-wide governance across Pacific region. The role partners with legal, risk, compliance, and business leaders to ensure obligations are governed and executed effectively.

The position sits in the Marsh People & Investments team and offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office, based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Broad business experience in commercial or operational roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance of enterprise-wide corporate obligations.
• Coordinate governance forums, reporting cadences, and approvals.
• Partner with legal, risk, compliance and business teams.
• Design and embed practical workflows for repeatable delivery.
• Support related party governance and accountability.
• Collaborate with executives to meet Australian regulatory requirements.
