Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Strong background in solution architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards and target-state design.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Enterprise Architecture function, frameworks and standards.
• Define target-state architectures, reference architectures, blueprints and technology roadmaps.
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture.
• Provide architectural direction and oversight across major enterprise initiatives.
• Guide Solution Architects and ensure solutions align with the broader enterprise direction.
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities across the technology environment.
• Influence technology selection, architectural standards and governance.
• Bring a pragmatic, modern approach to Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation.
