Job summary

Renaissance InfoSystems seeks an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable AI solutions in a large enterprise/telecom setting. You will define architecture, integrate LangChain/LangGraph, and ensure security and observability across the stack.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, 5+ years in solution architecture, and 1+ year in AI design, with preference for experience in RAG/Agentic AI architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, including 1+ year in AI solution design.
• Strong understanding of Advanced RAG and Agentic AI architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases and Graph Databases.
• Understanding of AI protocols including MCP and A2A.
• Exposure to AI Observability.
• Strong understanding of AI security controls and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATLAS or NIST Risk Mitigation Framework is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable AI solutions within enterprise-scale environments, including telecommunications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units to define architecture and roadmaps.
• Ensure AI systems meet security, observability, and compliance requirements.
