Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Practice Customer Engineer for Gemini enterprise to partner with Technical Sales, differentiate Google Cloud, and serve as the technical authority on integrating Generative AI into enterprise environments. You will engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements, presenting secure, data-connected solutions.

You will blend business acumen, market insight, and technical engagement to prove the value of Google Cloud's AI portfolio and accelerate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, with application development and integration.
Experience with search systems including retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning.
Experience with presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience with coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java, to demo, prototype, or workshop integration patterns with customers.
Experience in architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data sources using patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text-to-SQL, and semantic search.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical win for Gemini enterprise workloads and advise on integration strategies and architectures.
Combine business strategy with prototyping to deliver customer-tailored solutions.
Provide technical consultation on enterprise AI integration patterns and build customer relationships.
Demonstrate and prototype integrations across Google Cloud products in customer environments.
Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events as needed.
